high-quality products and professional service. Please review our return policy
carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from
the date you receive your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and warranty
cards (if applicable) must be included - Proof of purchase or receipt is required
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
All returns require an
RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
To initiate a return, please contact us
at info@vposmarthomes.online. Our customer service team will issue
an RMA#.
- Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted
- The returned package must reach us within 7
business days after RMA issuance - Please use a trackable shipping method and provide
tracking information - Include a return slip with your name, company name,
order ID, and RMA#
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Special orders or “order only for you” items
- Unique bulk quantity orders
- Personal care and beauty products
- Sale items and gift cards
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers
have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of
receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with
tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon
delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us as soon
as possible.
- Provide detailed photos and description of the issue
- Standard return shipping costs will be reimbursed for
verified defective items - Approved carriers: USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS
Ground, FedEx Ground - Expedited shipping costs are not reimbursable
If no defect is found upon inspection, a 25%
restocking fee will apply.
Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns
are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from
store credit - A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective
returns
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned due to refusal of
delivery or marked as “Package Undeliverable,” a 30% handling and
processing fee will be charged based on the order total.
